We top this base with a two-tone purple and white whipped cream. This is followed by a layer of dark purple coulis and 7 blackberries sculpted in rapeseed wax. This is followed by a layer of purple and white whipped cream in sunflower wax. At the very top, we shape the rapeseed wax decoration with a bow tie shape and 2 handmade blackberries.
