Easy 4-Iingredient Beef or Pork Scotch Fillet Roast

There's something special about gathering around the table to enjoy a delicious, home-cooked meal. Today, we’re excited to share with you an easy recipe that’s sure to become a new favourite in your kitchen.

While I prefer pork scotch fillet for its incredible tenderness and juiciness, beef is an excellent alternative and yields equally delicious results!

Here’s a simple recipe for a 4-ingredient pork or beef scotch fillet roast.

Ingredients:

1 kg beef or pork scotch fillet

3 tbsp. tomato sauce

4 tbsp. soy sauce

1/4 tbsp. crushed pepper

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C
(350°F).

Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, soy sauce, and crushed pepper to your taste preference.

Marinate the meat of your choice: Place your choice of meat in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is well-coated. Cover the dish, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Cook: Roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until cooked. Baste the meat occasionally with the remaining marinade during cooking for extra flavour.

Rest the Meat: Once cooked, remove the meat from the oven and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favourite sides.
