Christmas Promotion – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    Chefs Bazaar (ABN 97 643 644 464) located in Sydney, NSW Australia.

  2. Eligibility
    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are currently living in Australia.
    Employees of Chefs Bazaar and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  3. Promotion Period
    The promotion commences at 12:00 AM (AEST) on 18 October 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 30 November 2025.

  4. How to Enter
    Every purchase of $50 or more in a single transaction during the promotion period (online or in-store) automatically provides one entry into the draw.

  5. Prize Details

    • One (1) winner will receive a Chefs Bazaar Christmas Hamper valued at $500 RRP.

    • Some items in the hamper may be substituted or changed depending on stock availability.

    • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

    • The prize will be mailed or delivered only within Australia to a valid Australian postal address provided by the winner.                                           

  6. Winner Selection
    The winner will be drawn at random at Chefs Bazaar, on 01 December 2025.
    The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.       

  7. Winner Notification
    The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within three (3) business days of the draw.
    The winner’s first name and suburb will be published on the Chefs Bazaar website and/or social media. 

    The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within three (2) business days of the draw.                                                                                                                   The prize must be claimed by 07 December 2025. If the prize is not claimed by this date, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

    By entering this promotion, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
    Chefs Bazaar reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside its control.
